Day 1

Day One:
139 Pounds
I am not doing the optional phase one which is a 30 day diet without the HCG.
Instead, I am skipping to Phase 2, so for Phase 2 day 1 (load day) I am loading on fatty oily foods, along with taking my 6 drops 6 times per day of hcg.
Breakfast:
2 Sausage Burritos (2 @ 300 calories each) 600 calories
1 hashbrown 150 Calories
1 20 oz Dr. Pepper 150 Calories
Breakfast Total: 900 calories
