Today is day 2 phase 2- another load day! Last day of "fatty" foods before the 500 calorie diet begins! I've been keeping up with putting my 6 drops 6 times a day. I space mine out about every 2.5 hours. My drop schedule for today:
7:00 am 6 droplets
9:30 am 6 droplets
12:00 pm 6 droplets
2:30 pm 6 droplets
5:00 pm 6 droplets
and finally
7:30 pm 6 droplets
You want to be sure to only use six "dropplets" or what I like to call drops of rain, not 6 full droppers. You only need six little raindrop sized drops each time. It's easiest to hold the dropper straight up and down and watch yourself in the mirror drop them under your tongue, and let the drops set under your tongue for 15 seconds before swallowing.
