Here's my meal plan for today:
Breakfast:   Tea (0 Calories)

Lunch:   100 grams of  Chicken Breast with a side salad. (abt 175 Calories)


Snack:  Apple (80 calories)


Dinner: 100 grams of Chicken Breast With a side salad (abt 175 Calories)


Midnight snack: Apple (80 Calories)

    Its good to read your posts about your HCG weight loss diet. This will be a genuine proof for people who seek information about the effectiveness of HCG for weight loss. Keep up the good work! I might try one of your meal plans since it gets boring if you eat the same kinds of food everyday.
