Day 3 - First Day Of VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet)

Ok so today's weight- 139 -- looks like I've lost about a pound eating the junky food ;) but I'll just say it could be easily from water weight lost. We'll see how the rest of the day goes..

Breakfast:     Unsweetened Tea - 0 Calories

Lunch:          100 grams of Cooked Chicken breast, 150 calories

Dinner:         100 grams of Cooked Chicken breast, 150 calories
                    1 Tsp Ketchup (not allowed, I know) 40 Calories
                    1/2 cup Cooked Broccoli  45 Calories

Today's total calories:     385 Calories
